Effective date: October 18, 2026

This policy explains, in plain English, the cookies and similar browser storage used on deeplakesoftware.com, run by Deep Lake Software LLC (“Deep Lake,” “we,” “us”). It goes with our Privacy Policy.

What cookies are

Cookies are small text files a website saves in your browser. Sites can also use “local storage” and “session storage,” which work in a similar way. We call all of these “cookies” below. Some are set by our own site (first-party). Others are set by the services we use, such as our chat provider (third-party).

The short version

Cookies we use

Strictly necessary

These keep the site running, fast, and protected. The site does not work properly without them.

Name Set by What it does How long it lasts
__cf_bm Cloudflare, on behalf of HighLevel (leadconnectorhq.com) Bot protection for the chat widget. Helps tell real visitors from automated traffic. About 30 minutes
LiteSpeed Cache cookies (for example, _lscache_vary) deeplakesoftware.com (Hostinger) May be set by our caching system so pages load quickly and display correctly. They do not identify you. Usually until you close your browser
WordPress login cookies (wordpress_*, wordpress_logged_in_*) deeplakesoftware.com Only set for people who log in to manage the site, not for ordinary visitors. Session or up to 14 days

Functional (chat)

These let the chat widget provided by HighLevel (also called LeadConnector) work. They are stored in your browser’s local or session storage.

Name Set by What it does How long it lasts
v2_contact_session_… HighLevel chat widget Keeps your current visit linked to one chat session. About 30 minutes
v2_history_…, v2_session_history_…, v3_first_session_event_… HighLevel chat widget Records how you arrived at our site (for example, the referring site or campaign link) and which of our pages you viewed. If you start a chat, this may be attached to your contact record so we know how you found us. Until you clear your browser storage
lead-connecter-text-widget-input-values HighLevel chat widget Remembers what you have typed into the chat so it is not lost if you change pages. Until you clear your browser storage
i18n.en-us HighLevel chat widget Remembers the chat’s language setting. Until you close the tab
wpEmojiSettingsSupports deeplakesoftware.com (WordPress) Checks whether your browser can show emoji. Until you close the tab

Our contact form does not set cookies.

Analytics and advertising

None. We do not currently use analytics or advertising cookies on this site.

Fonts and images

The chat widget loads a typeface from Bunny Fonts, and WordPress may load emoji images from WordPress.org. These services receive your IP address so they can send the files, but they do not set cookies on our site.

How to control cookies

You can see, block, or delete cookies and site storage in your browser settings:

Clearing your site data for deeplakesoftware.com also clears the chat widget’s browser storage. The site will still work if you block cookies, but the chat may not keep your conversation as you move between pages.

Cookie banner

Because we only use cookies needed to run the site and the chat, we do not show a cookie banner. If we add analytics or advertising cookies in the future, we will update this policy first and ask for your consent where required.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will post the new version on this page and change the effective date at the top.
